I didn't start as an entrepreneur. I started my career as a chef. From there, my curiosity led me into business and leadership. After studying Business Administration, I took on management roles in hospitality and later became part of the leadership team of an international retail company, leading HR, Business Navigation, and Operations for more than 300 employees.

From the outside, it looked like success. But deep down, I couldn't ignore the feeling that I was meant for something more meaningful. Burnout became the turning point that changed everything. Instead of asking, "How can I become more successful?" I started asking, "What kind of future do I want to help build?"

That question led me to study personal growth, psychology, identity, leadership, business, and human potential. Over the years, those discoveries became the foundation of VisionWalking™.
